Best customer service and location. It sure is hot during the heatwave but we were offered a upgrade in an airy suite with more windows by the most friendly reception staff. Thumbs up to the best mountainbiking experience, super cute village and friendliess locals, staff and even the tourists were always smiling! Don't let the not so modern rooms and ugly carpet fool you... Came here 20 years ago, was here with my teens, and I'm sure I will be back before I die! Amazing location! The lady at the front desk, Kat, was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The toiletries were minimal - that could have been improved upon. Overall, great stay!

Beautiful room with balcony and views of the mountains. Helpful front desk staff. Ice hot tub. One of our favorite places on our budget 10000 km roadtrip. We would stay here again. We were right in the village.

Love this place. Paradise in the mountains. Incredible rooms. Vaulted ceilings kitchenette balcony looking @ the 1st and 10th hole of golf course. Hot tub ski storage hiking biking swimming pool and lake down the road. Stores cafes pubs chairlift to top of mountains just incredible.

This hotel is our go to when staying at Sun Peaks. Ski in and out at the best location in the village. It is so close to all the shops and restaurants and has incredible views. 307 is our favorite room with its roomy loft which has a queen bed and tons of extra floor space. The sofa bed on the main level is very comfortable. The high Ceiling and large windows brings in bright and airy feeling. The gas fireplace makes it so cozy after a winter day on the slopes. The staff are very friendly. There is a storage area to lock up all your Skis/Snowboard/Bikes. I highly recommend this hotel.

Breanna I think her name is. Is an absolute gem. She got us all checked and explained everything perfectly. If anyone deserves a raise or a higher position it's this girl. Super friendly and accommodating for what we needed. The rooms are clean and big and pet friendly!. Happy we were able to snag a room. Definitely stay here.
